An essential trait of a good tutor is to present a subject as clearly, precisely, and simply as possible. The student should not have to worry about adapting to the knowledge of the teacher, but rather the instructor should present a subject so that it will be clear to any pupil. This enables the tutor to present at any level: high school, graduate, or graduate level. It also insures the teacher really knows the subject matter and how to disseminate it. This is truly what the student wants and needs. I challenge myself with completing multiple tasks at one time. It allows me to have to keep things simple to accomplish a task, to be direct, while allowing me to learn more at the same time.I have an undergraduate degree from Loyola University, Maryland, and a postgraduate degree from Fordham University. I'm an experienced tutor who successfully tutored other students throughout my high school, college, and graduate school career. I'm a relaxed and patient tutor, who has successfully worked with students in a variety of subjects, including reading, writing, literature, essay writing/editing, history, philosophy, and political science. Outside of academia, I enjoy reading, training my dogs, hiking, and home improvement projects.
