I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Lehigh University. I am skilled in a wide range of subject matter and look forward to applying those talents to productive tutoring roles. My expertise includes algebra, elementary math, reading and writing, grammar, ESL/ELL, psychology, SAT courses, advanced placement statistics, English, social studies, business, and others. I strongly believe that all students learn in different ways and at different skill levels, and those individual learning styles require specialized tutoring approaches. While it is important to assess areas of weakness, I strive to emphasize the positive aspects as well to build confidence in a student's strategical study habits. My goals as a tutor are centered on the relationship between myself and the students. I work hard to establish a collaborative relationship, as well as one of trust. I develop lesson plans with very defined expectations and subsequent goals toward academic success. My hobbies and interests include almost all sports, participating in my son's leagues, and spending time with family and friends.
