I attended Temple University for my bachelor's degree in Spanish, during which time I had lots of opportunities to study Latin American and Spanish literature, academic writing, and Spanish orthography. I spent time in Chile at a public school as an English teacher. At the school, I put together my own curriculum regarding listening and speaking. I've also been translating and interpreting work. I love to learn languages, and I love sharing what I know with others to help them appreciate culture and language as well. I am particularly adept at tutoring reading comprehension and speaking. In my free time, I like to hike, read, study history, do yoga, and listen to music.
